!You can make a reservation directly through the mobile app, similar to reserving a seat at a theater. First, find the property you want to hunt on, then select your desired date. Available slots will appear in green or yellow, indicating different price points based on desirability. Steps:

1. Open the mobile app and find the property you want to hunt.
2. Select the date you want to hunt, and available slots will appear in green or yellow, indicating different prices.
3. Tap on the desired slot to see its price and add it to your cart.
4. You can add multiple slots or properties to your cart by repeating the process.
5. When done, tap the cart icon at the top right to review your selections.
6. Remove any unwanted reservations by tapping the remove button next to each slot.
7. To finalize your reservation, tap “Proceed to Checkout” at the bottom right.
8. Season pass holders can complete the process here; day pass users need to enter billing info and submit.

1. Using the mobile app, tap the navigation menu in the top left corner of the screen.
2. Go to “My Reservations” and select the reservation you want to access.
3. Under the property image on the right, tap the three dots to open a menu.
4. Use the “Directions on Google Maps” option to get driving directions to the property form your location. Google Maps will provide turn-by-turn directions from your current location to the property.
5. Once you arrive to the property, tap the three dots again and select “Go to Property” to see both your location on the property and your reserved slot in real time. You’ll receive push notifications upon arriving at the property and when you arrive to your reserved slot. Follow the tree lines and you can drive directly to your reserved slot—no need to walk.

Download the map before you leave! Downloading a map ensures reliable offline navigation in remote areas without cell service, so you can reach your destination without interruptions or getting lost. 

STEPS

1. Tap “Go to Property” from the three-dot menu on your reservation.
2. Select the “Download Map” button at the bottom of the screen.
3. Adjust the map by zooming in or out to cover your desired area.
4. Tap “Download” to save the map to your phone for offline use if you lose cellular service.

Currently, the only way to cancel a reservation is by contacting the landowner, who must do it manually. In the future, users will be able to cancel reservations themselves. Refunds are determined by the landowner based on the cancellation timing relative to the reservation date.
