“Flat Top” | 63 acres in Van Alstyne Texas

“FlatTop”  is 63 acres right off 75 & Hodgins Rd in Van Alstyne, Texas. There are some cattle on the property, so watch where you shoot and always shut the entrance gate when you arrive and leave.  This field can be reserved with a  season membership or booked on a daily basis for $100- $25 per day per gun. Youths 15 years of age or younger can hunt for FREE! All that we ask is youth hunters stay close by the member’s side so as not to take up real estate from other members.

The entrance is located here on the Cowboy property. Stay along the West side to cross over to your slot.
