1. Revenue Sharing
Dove Blasters pays landowners from two types of sales: Individual Day Hunts and Season Pass Memberships.

1.1 Individual Day Hunts
For each completed Individual Day Hunt, the landowner will receive fifty percent (50%) of the day hunt fee collected.

1.2 Season Pass Memberships
Landowners are paid for Season Pass Memberships at the end of the season once all hunts have been completed. The Revenue Pool is defined as fifty percent (50%) of the total membership fees Dove Blasters collected during the season. This pool is allocated to all landowners based on the number of Season Pass hunts conducted on their properties compared to the total Season Pass hunts conducted across all properties.

2. Non-Revenue Hunts
At its sole discretion, Dove Blasters may extend non-revenue hunting access to media representatives, sponsors, influencers, charitable organizations, promotional partners, or other entities for marketing, promotion, or goodwill.

3. Liability & Disclaimer
3.1 Assumption of Risk
Landowners acknowledge and agree that hunting activities inherently involve risks, including but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, fire, livestock disturbance, or crop damage.

3.2 Indemnification
Landowners agree to hold harmless and indemnify Dove Blasters, its officers, employees, members, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to hunting activities conducted on their property, except where caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Dove Blasters.

3.3 No Guarantee of Revenue
Dove Blasters does not guarantee a minimum income level or number of property bookings. Revenue is based solely on actual hunts conducted and the applicable revenue-sharing model described above.

3.4 Property Condition
Landowners remain responsible for maintaining their property in a condition suitable for safe hunting activities. Dove Blasters shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, or damages arising from the property’s hazards, terrain, or conditions.

3.5 Force Majeure
Dove Blasters shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform obligations, including revenue distribution, when such failure results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, governmental actions, or changes in hunting regulations.
