VOLUNTARY WAIVER, CONSENT, AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT

HUNTING PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

Global Day Leasing LLC dba Dove Blasters
State of Texas

This Agreement is entered into by and between:
Global Day Leasing LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Dove Blasters (“Dove Blasters”), and
The undersigned individual (“Participant,” “Hunter,” or “Guest”).

1. Acknowledgment of Risks

I acknowledge that participating in hunting, shooting, scouting, or related outdoor recreational activities on any property managed, leased, owned, or otherwise made available through Dove Blasters involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

– Firearm-related accidents

– Wildlife encounters (venomous snakes, insects, aggressive animals)

– Natural hazards (holes, fences, uneven terrain, ditches)

– Weather-related conditions
– Use and malfunction of equipment

– Acts or omissions of other participants

I voluntarily choose to engage in these activities with full knowledge and appreciation of the dangers and risks involved.

2. Voluntary Participation and Release

In consideration of being allowed to access and hunt on properties managed by Dove Blasters, I agree to voluntarily waive, release, discharge, and hold harmless Global Day Leasing LLC dba Dove Blasters, its members, managers, officers, employees, landowners, agents, contractors, and affiliates (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liability, damages, or losses, including those arising from negligence, that may occur as a result of or in connection with my participation in hunting or related activities.

This release applies to any claims for bodily injury, death, property damage, or other losses, whether sustained by me or caused by me to others.

3. Covenant Not to Sue

I agree not to institute or bring any claim, legal action, or lawsuit against any of the Released Parties for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from my activities on or related to Dove Blasters properties. This covenant not to sue extends to my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

4. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, lawsuits, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) brought by any third party arising out of my conduct or participation in any hunting or related activity on Dove Blasters property.

5. Rules and Safety Compliance

I agree to abide by all Dove Blasters rules and policies, Texas hunting laws and regulations, and safety guidelines provided or posted. I will not engage in reckless behavior, and I will wear appropriate safety gear as required.

Failure to comply may result in revocation of access privileges without refund or further recourse.

6. Use of Property and Assumption of Responsibility

I acknowledge that I am a guest on private land. I understand that access is a privilege, not a right, and I agree to respect all fences, gates, crops, structures, and other features of the land. I assume full responsibility for any damage I may cause to property or wildlife, whether intentional or accidental.

7. Medical Treatment and Emergency Authorization

I authorize Dove Blasters and its representatives to secure emergency medical treatment in the event of an injury. I understand that I am solely responsible for any costs associated with such treatment. I certify that I am physically and mentally fit to participate.

8. Use of Image and Likeness

I grant Dove Blasters the unrestricted right to use photographs, videos, or other media captured during my participation for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes without compensation or additional consent.

9. Texas Law / Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal proceeding shall be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction in Collin County, Texas, and I expressly consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

10. Severability

If any portion of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the parties. No oral representations, statements, or inducements apart from this written agreement have been relied upon.
