Big Boy Updates | Melissa Texas
On Sunday, 9/08/2024, Big Boy was shredded, and leftover wheat was spread all over the place. There’s also this plant—I’m not sure what this mystery doo doo plant is but the birds absolutely love it! So that being said, this weekend should be promising.
The birds were flying well until a torrential downpour rocked our boat and caught us with our britches down. Since then, mornings have been decent up until around 9 a.m., with little activity until maybe 3 or 4 p.m., followed by sporadic birds until sunset.
HOWEVER… I’ve never seen more ringers fly over a field the entire 15 years of being in business!
